UNA location operate Monday through Friday. Although work hours vary among each location, all locations are closed by 3:30 each day.  Employees are off every weekend and holiday to have a better work-life balance.

Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance is available to all full-time staff. 

All full-time staff have the opportunity to participate in a 401k retirement plan. UNA will match employee contributions up to 3.5%. 

UNA  provides life insurance for all full-time employees. Eligible employees also have the option to purchase additional life insurance for themselves and their family.

UNA provides long-term disability insurance for all full-time employees. Eligible employees also have the option to purchase additional short-term disability insurance.
